It depends on the type of plan you purchased.
Country-specific plans
If you bought a plan for a single country (for example, France or Japan), that plan will only work within that country. If you travel to a neighbouring country, you will need a separate plan for that destination.
Regional plans
SaundersRoam offers regional plans that cover multiple countries within a single allowance. For example, a Europe plan covers 30+ countries, so you can cross borders without needing a new eSIM. Regional plans are ideal if you are visiting several countries in one trip.
You can see exactly which countries are covered by each regional plan on the product page at saundersroam.com. The coverage list is displayed before you purchase.
Switching between plans
If you have separate plans for different countries, your phone can store multiple eSIM profiles. When you arrive in a new country, go to your SIM settings and switch your data line to the eSIM for that destination.
Tip: If your trip includes more than one country in the same region, a regional plan is almost always better value than buying separate country plans.
